What is Cazh?+
Cazh is fintech infrastructure for Indonesian schools and SMEs. Three products, one mission: Cazh POS, CARDS, and Digital Card API.
What is the difference between Cazh POS, CARDS, and Digital Card API?+
Cazh POS is a point-of-sale app for merchants. CARDS is a digital-card-based school management system. Digital Card API is white-label digital card infrastructure for developers and brands.
Where is Cazh available?+
Across Indonesia, 500+ cities. Our main office is in Purwokerto, Central Java.
Cazh POS
Is there a monthly fee?+
The Free plan costs nothing, forever. Pro starts at IDR 149k/month. Enterprise is custom-priced.
Does it work offline?+
Yes. Offline mode activates automatically. Transactions are stored locally and synced when the internet reconnects.
Which payment methods are supported?+
QRIS, DANA, other e-wallets, virtual accounts for all banks, Alfamart, Indomaret, Blu by BCA, and credit/debit cards.
How many outlets can I have on the Pro plan?+
Unlimited. All Pro plans support multi-outlet with consolidated reporting.
CARDS
What is CARDS?+
CARDS is a digital-card-based school management system used by 700+ institutions for tuition payments, cashless canteens, and student transaction tracking.
Does it require special hardware?+
RFID/QR cards for students and a scanner at the canteen cashier. We provide hardware packages that can be ordered alongside a CARDS account.
How do parents access the system?+
The CARDS app is available on iOS and Android. Parents can top up, set daily limits, and monitor transactions in real-time.
Digital Card API
Is there a sandbox?+
Yes. The sandbox is free and available immediately after requesting access.

All endpoints, webhooks, and SDKs are documented on the Digital Card page. Contact us for technical access.
What is the pricing model?+

Yes. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

We are registered as a PSE and comply with OJK and BI payment regulations.
